As our Client Experience Specialist and a dedicated “Pathfinder,” Heather uses her skills and creativity to lead clients to success and ensure they feel supported every step of the way.

Charting the Path: From Teacher to Client Pathfinder
Heather joined dlivrd about nine months ago, bringing with her years of experience in building strong, supportive relationships. Now, as our Client Experience Pathfinder, she focuses on understanding clients’ goals and creating authentic, results-driven experiences for them. “Engaging clients and meeting their needs in ways that help them reach their goals—that’s the most exciting part of my role,” Heather says.
Mapping Out Solutions with Creativity and Insight
With a unique background in Art & Design, Heather’s creative problem-solving skills are essential to her role. She uses these skills, along with her experience as a former teacher, to help clients see new possibilities and navigate challenges with confidence. “In Client Experience, we’re the face of dlivrd,” she explains. “Each interaction we have with clients is a reflection of our whole team’s commitment to doing great work.”

Heather takes on essential responsibilities within dlivrd, including leading Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), optimizing client profitability, and driving initiatives to keep clients engaged. By listening closely to clients and understanding their needs, Heather ensures that dlivrd is always finding ways to add value and deliver an experience that makes a difference.

At dlivrd, teamwork is crucial, and Heather is a champion of interdepartmental collaboration. “This business wouldn’t succeed if we weren’t constantly listening and supporting one another,” she says. With her knack for cross-department collaboration, Heather creates thoughtful solutions and elevates the experience for everyone she works with.

Though Heather’s community involvement at dlivrd is still evolving, she aspires to mentor new teachers in the future. She carries with her a favorite quote by Maya Angelou that embodies her pathfinding spirit: “Do the best you can until you know better. Beyond dlivrd, Heather’s talents extend to some surprising areas! She’s auditioned for MasterChef twice, making it to the producer round both times.
