Sweet Lucy’s! “I love their brisket, mac n cheese, and collard greens. I tried them on my days off after seeing so many orders come through, and wow, they did not disappoint!” It’s these local gems that make her deliveries even more special.

Jessica believes that professionalism is the cornerstone of a successful delivery experience. “Always be on time, stay professional, and come prepared”, she advises new partners. She never leaves home without her insulated bags, gloves, and a cart or wagon to make sure every delivery is seamless. Communication is another priority for her. “It’s essential to keep in touch with the dlivrd team and customers”, she explains. “It helps everyone stay on the same page, and it makes the customers feel more at ease”.
A Memorable Delivery Experience
One of Jessica’s most heartwarming moments happened during a delivery to the dlivrd headquarters, based in Glenside, PA. “I pulled up and realized where I was delivering”, she recalls. A cameraman greeted her and informed her they would be capturing footage for a video. “The team was incredibly welcoming. They offered me food and beverages and expressed their appreciation for my work. It really meant a lot to me, I never expected to be acknowledged like that, and it just reminded me of why I love what I do”.
