Changing Language Preference in the Dlivrd App
Occasionally drivers will reach out for assistance because the language preference in their app has been reset and they are not sure how to fix it. Send the driver the following instructions and accompanying screenshots, which they can follow based on the words or character position on their screen.
- Open the menu by clicking the icon in the top left of the screen
- Select the second option from the bottom of the list (that would be the settings)
- Choose the first option on the 3rd section of that screen
- from there scroll through the list to select your preferred language
