Get paid quickly with the Expedite Visa® Pay Card

dlivrd has partnered with Everee to offer drivers using the dlivrd app the Expedite Visa Pay Card for instant pay. You can use this card to make purchases online and in-store locations, withdraw cash, make bill payments and transfer funds to your bank account. Cards are currently only available to new drivers but, in the near future, we’ll distribute all earnings to these cards.

What is the Expedite Visa Pay Card?

The Expedite Visa Pay Card is the future of all driver earning payouts at dlivrd. Once you are enrolled for the card, you can receive your earnings the same day you work. Shortly after you complete a delivery, your earnings will be available on the card. From there, you can use the card to make purchases, withdraw funds from an ATM or transfer into a different bank account.

Because we’re all about speed! With this card, our drivers will get access to their earnings much quicker than the traditional direct deposit system. Expedited earnings!

At the moment, pay cards are only available to new partners, who complete the registration during their onboarding process.

Soon, we will make pay cards available to all current drivers!

When you first sign up for the Everee Visa Pay Card (EPC) you are immediately assigned a virtual card. You can view your card information in the Everee mobile app.

Please note: you will not receive a physical card immediately after sign up. The physical card will be automatically shipped to you after you complete your first delivery. After receiving a physical card, cardholders can activate it using the Everee mobile app.

When you first onboard with dlivrd, you will be issued a “virtual pay card”. You will be able to interact with this card from within the Everee app.

With the virtual card, you will be able to:

Link it into your mobile wallet to use at any vendor that accepts mobile pay.
Make online purchases.
Transfer funds to a different bank account.
After you complete your first order, you will also receive a physical card with the same card number.

All card management can be done within the Everee app. Here you can set your PIN, track payments and initiate transfers to bank accounts.

The app is available in the App Store and Google Play Store. Cardholders can manage their cards using the Everee mobile app. For additional help, contact support at 833-313-6776.

You can link your pay card into your phone’s mobile wallet by following the same steps you would take to add any card.

Once your card is added to your mobile wallet, you can use it at any location that accepts mobile pay.

Approximately 30 minutes after your delivery, your earnings will be deposited onto your card. 100% of your earnings will be available. You can instantly access the funds and use your physical Expedite Pay Card (or virtual card) to make purchases, pull funds from an ATM or transfer funds into a bank account.

Please note that in some limited scenarios, earnings may be held for 24 hours. This includes:

Orders with at least $500 in earnings.
Orders in which earnings exceed the food subtotal.
Orders with inordinate completion times.

Your pay card balance can always be found within the EVEREE APP. Once you are signed in, you should find the homepage. Here, you will find your current balance, listed under “Pay Card”, along with your transaction history.

Note that on the home page, there is also a total listed within “Amount”. That represents your earnings from your last day of activity. This is NOT your current paycard balance.

You can use the card like a regular debit card anywhere Visa Debit Cards are accepted. Set a PIN using the app and add the card to a digital wallet, if you like. You will be prompted to select a PIN when you activate your card.

You billing address / zip code are whatever address you have on file within your Everee account.

Yes! You can pull funds out of any ATM.

Depending on the ATM you use, there could be transaction fees. You can also access funds for free at any MoneyPass ATM. Visit the MoneyPass website to find an ATM.

If you would like to transfer funds from your card to a bank account of your choosing, you may do so at any time. The Expedite Visa Pay Card offers two (2) free transfers every 30 rolling days; any transfers above two in a 30-rolling-day period will incur a $1.00 fee. The interface in the Everee mobile app will inform you if you incur a fee for a transfer.

Outbound transfers take 1–3 business days to arrive in the external account, though some transfers may arrive sooner. You can add up to three (3) external bank accounts to which you can transfer funds. To add an account, provide a name (30 character count limit) for the account, the account number, the account type (savings or checking), and the routing number. You can add or delete accounts by tapping “Manage accounts” on the transfer funds screen.

When transferring funds to your bank account, there is a Same day/End of Day option. The cost is 1.5% of the transaction and the fee is subtracted automatically deducted from total.

When you first submit your bank transfer within the Everee app, you will see a screen that says “Processing”. Be sure to keep that screen open until you see it update to “Success”.

Once the transaction has been sucessfully processed, you will also see it in your transaction list within the Everee app.

First, be sure you have waited the standard amount of transfer time, which is 1-3 business days for standard transfers or by the end of the day for fast transfers.

Please contact Everee support at 833-313-6776 immediately. You will be required to provide personal information to verify your identity. There is a replacement card fee of $5.00 and will take 7-10 business days to process and replace. If you would like an expedited card replacement, there is an additional $25 charge and that card that will be sent out in 2 business days.

No – all earnings will be deposited into the card nearly instantly 365 days of the year.

The Expedite Visa® Pay Card is issued by The Bancorp Bank, N.A., Member FDIC, pursuant to a license from Visa U.S.A. Inc and can be used everywhere Visa debit cards are accepted.
