February #dlivrddifferencemaker Profile: Matt
We’re continuing our monthly series on our #dlivrddifferencemakers, featuring Matt Czarnecki!
Position: Delivery Success Coordinator.
Hometown: Glenside, Pennsylvania.
Expand upon your professional background: I worked in retail, specifically at a grocery store for four years. I had a few different roles while there. I was part of the data integrity team for about two years, and then transitioned into a supervisor/management position for the online shopping department for the remainder of my time with the company. The skills I gained through these various roles in the retail space have translated well into my current role with dlivrd.
I also just celebrated my one-year anniversary with dlivrd last week! It’s been a wonderful year of learning and growing in my role, and working alongside so many wonderful #dlivrddifferencemakers. I can’t wait to see what 2023 will continue to bring, since it’s been a record-breaking year so far!
What is the most rewarding part of your role? The most rewarding part of my role at dlivrd is getting to form connections and speak with numerous restaurant, catering, and earning partners across the U.S. and Canada daily! I love to watch the order process unfold from start to finish, and it is rewarding to put all the pieces together. I also enjoy hearing earning partners’ perspectives of what it’s like to be a part of the dlivrd platform.
What is your superpower? My superpower would be my communication skills! Regardless of whom I’m speaking with, I am able to communicate quickly, efficiently, and effectively. My role of Delivery Success coordinator is very fast-paced, so I need to ensure I address any issues or concerns as such.
What does the #dlivrddifference mean to you? The #dlivrddifference to me is the humanized touchpoints we provide to all partners. Communication is always done with a real person on the other end, no matter if it’s call or text. There will always be someone responsive and available for questions, issues, or other things that may pop up!
