Yes! The new app is fully functional for deliveries. The old app will eventually be retired.
For now, yes! In case there are technical issues with the new app during an order, you can still complete the delivery with the old app.
The Driver Portal is your go-to tool for success. You can access it from any browser at driver.dlivrd.io or directly through the dlivrd app by clicking “Driver Portal” in the sidebar. Check out what you can do in the video tutorial below.

No! All of your prior information still exists with no Everee or Stripe, no changes needed!
There are no longer “2 tasks” associated with every order. All orders are just “one order”. This should help make the order management experience easier.
From the side panel of the dlivrd app, choose “Earnings”. Here, you can set a date range and view your earnings history. You can also tap each order to see the full breakdown of fees.
Additionally, you are welcome to submit feedback from the form at the bottom of this page.

In the new dlivrd app, there is NO on duty / off duty. You simply log on and off your app to discontinue tracking.
With regard to order assignment, live location is no longer used to determine eligibility. Instead, the map you draw with the PREFERRED LOCATION section of the DRIVER PORTAL is used – THIS VIDEO demonstrates how to use the feature (my vid about driver location is linked in here.
You are able to use Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze, as long as you have those apps already downloaded on your phone.
At minimum, the new app supports at minimum iOS 16.0 and Android 8.1 Oreo.

I feel the new app is leaps and bounds better than the original and believe all the drivers will really enjoy it as well. So many things have been addressed and added to the new app, a lot of thought and work has definitely went into development. I logged out of the original app a good week ago and have nearly zero issues running the new one. Overall, it's all been a great experience for me and I hope all the Dlivrd partner drivers will love it as much as I do.

Dlivrd’s new driver app has made the user experience much easier . Requested features have been implemented and tested vigorously . There are many features in the new app that can really make our lives easier, like the automatic stage updates, which is a great idea to help us out in the field. The new app does a good job of making things more foolproof, especially since it’s easy to forget to swipe sometimes. I know why dlivrd is a top notch player in this game.

The swiping feature is smooth, and the geofencing has been really accurate, which makes it easier to get the job done. I also really like the new way the app allows drivers to upload pictures. Plus, being able to adjust my availability directly in the app as needed has been really helpful.
