New App FAQ
Do I need to download the new app?
Once you download the new app, please keep the old app on your phone. That way if there are technical issues while delivering the order you can still complete the delivery. Please note that the old app will eventually be retired.
Do I still need the old app?
How do I interact with the driver Portal?
The Driver Portal is your go-to tool for success. You can access it from any browser at driver.dlivrd.io or directly through the dlivrd app by clicking “Driver Portal” in the sidebar. Here’s what you can do:
- Set your preferred hours and delivery locations
- Update your delivery bag information
- Review training materials
- Visit the Open Order Board
- Update your personal information
Which languages are available
Currently, only English and Spanish are available.
Do I need to re-do my banking information for payment?
No! All of your prior information still exists with no Everee or Stripe, no changes needed!
How do I download the app?
- iOS: APP Store
- Android: Play Store
How do I accept orders in the new app?
What else is different?
There are no longer “2 tasks” associated with every order. All orders are just “one order”. This should help make the order management experience easier.
How can I track my earnings?
From the side panel of the dlivrd app, choose “Earnings”. Here you can set a date range and view your earnings history. You can also tap each other to see the full breakdown of fees.

On an active order? Call or text support at 1-844-515-2932.
Not on an active order? Text support at 1-844-515-2932.

How do I log in?
Your username & password will be the same that you use for the DRIVER PORTAL or OPEN ORDER BOARD.
If you are not sure of that password, please choose “Forgot Password” on the login page.

How do I go On Duty/ Off Duty?
In the new dlivrd app, there is NO on duty / off duty. You simply log on and off your app to discontinue tracking.
With regard to order assignment, live location is no longer used to determine eligibility. Instead, the map you draw with the PREFERRED LOCATION section of the DRIVER PORTAL is used – THIS VIDEO demonstrates how to use the feature (my vid about driver location is linked in here.
Which mapping services are available?
You are able to use Google Maps, Apple Maps or Waze, as long as you have those apps already downloaded on your phone.
What phone operating systems are supported by the new app?
The new app supports at minimum iOS 17.0 and Android 8.1 Oreo.

The swiping feature is smooth, and the geofencing has been really accurate, which makes it easier to get the job done. I also really like the new way the app allows drivers to upload pictures. Plus, being able to adjust my availability directly in the app as needed has been really helpful.
Also, any issues I’ve encountered with the app have been quickly addressed with the different rollouts of updates. It’s clear the team is listening to our feedback and making improvements, which I really appreciate. I’m finding the new app very user-friendly and efficient.

There are many features in the new app that can really make our lives easier, like the automatic stage updates, which is a great idea to help us out in the field. I feel the new app is leaps and bounds better than the original and believe all the drivers will really enjoy it as well. So many things have been addressed and added to the new app, a lot of thought and work has definitely went into development. I logged out of the original app a good week ago and have nearly zero issues running the new one. Overall, it’s all been a great experience for me and I hope all the dlivrd partner drivers will love it as much as I do.
